I am beginning to panic a bit seeing as it is on 23rd July which is now worryingly close. I am panicking so much that I have started getting up early to go running before work!!! This morning I managed to run about 3.5km, but then needed to lie down for quite a while. Oh, well, two weeks to increase to 5km should be fine (I hope!!)
